At Berry & Co. Creative Studio, every order is created and packaged with care. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that issues can happen occasionally. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, general wear, or personal preference.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation (as shown on the tracking information).

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us first at hello@berryandcostudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. Please do not return any items without prior approval.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns will be processed as either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement, if you prefer that option, and the item is still available.

Refunds typically take 5 - 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
